RODTEP SCRIP GENERATED BY MISTAKE

I have created  RODTEP Scrip by mistakenly due to technical error in ICEGATE portal .Now how to cancel Rodtep Scrip .Is there any option for cancelling or need to surrender scrip .I dont find any option on ICEGATE portal for cancellation  of Scrip.
